Landsea Green Management (HKG:0106) extended the deadline for investors to consent to changes in their 10.75% senior notes due in 2024 to Dec. 18, according to a Tuesday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.
The delay is meant to allow more time for eligible holders to submit their consents. Investors can change their vote by Oct. 29.
The company's share prices were up by over 3% on Tuesday's closing.
