Honest Co. (HNST) said late Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Dave Loretta will retire this year.
The personal care company said it has started looking for a successor.
Honest Co. said it continues to expect 2024 revenue to grow by a high-single-digit percentage year-over-year.
The company's shares were up 1.3% in after-hours activity.
