Volvo's Q4 Orders Grew 19%, Led By Volvo (+18%) And SDLG (+20%), While Deliveries Declined 5% Due To Weaker Demand In Europe And North America

Orders and deliveries In Q4, net order intake increased by 19%. After a period of destocking, order intake for the Volvo brand increased by 18% driven by improvements in Europe, Africa and Oceania and South America. Order intake in North America increased compared with Q4 2023, when orders were restricted due to supply chain inefficiencies. SDLGʼs order intake rose by 20% mainly driven by the Chinese market. Deliveries in Q4 2024 were 5% below the preceding year due to the lower markets in Europe and North America, which were partly offset by SDLG in China.
