Miramar Resources (ASX:M2R)

Miramar Resources completed its previously announced AU$1.8 million capital raising. The proceeds will be used for gold and critical minerals exploration programs at the Gidji joint venture, Bangemall, Whaleshark, and Chain Pool projects, all located in Western Australia.

Star Minerals (ASX:SMS)

Star Minerals reported a cash position of AU$912,415 at the end of the March quarter.

Dart Mining (ASX:DTM)

Dart Mining completed its due diligence for the Coonambula antimony-gold project in Queensland, which is subject to a binding term sheet agreement with Great Divide Mining (ASX:GDM). The company can earn up to an initial 51% interest in six tenements forming the project.

Litchfield Minerals (ASX:LMS)

Litchfield Minerals completed six reverse circulation drill holes at the Oonagalabi project in the Northern Territory. The holes were designed to test geophysical anomalies and known mineralization extensions.

Riversgold (ASX:RGL)

Riversgold said the results of an 11-hole drill program at the Northern Zone intrusive-hosted gold project in Western Australia continue to intersect mineralized host porphyry over an increasing footprint within the tenement, with all holes intersecting gold mineralization.
