GALLIPOLIS, Ohio, April 15, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Ohio Valley Banc Corp. [Nasdaq: OVBC] Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.23 per common share payable on May 10, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 25, 2025.
