The change of Civmec's (SGX:P9D, ASX:CVLDA) name from Civmec Australia Limited to Civmec Limited has been processed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission effective Wednesday, a same-day filing on the Singapore bourse said.

There will be no change in the construction and engineering services provider's issuer name, security name, trading name, ticker code, and CDP statement name.
