Navitas Semiconductor (NVTS) said late Monday it appointed senior vice president of finance Todd Glickman as interim chief financial officer, effective Oct. 4.

Glickman will succeed Janet Chou, who is resigning as CFO for personal reasons, the company said in a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Shares of Navitas fell 9.7% in recent Tuesday trading.
