Cyclopharm secured an interim agreement to supply the US Veterans Health Administration with the pharmaceutical and consumable components of Technegas, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.

The agreement grants 120 Veterans Affairs hospitals access to an agreed contract for the products, the filing said.

Additionally, the company received the first purchase order for Technegas from a Department of Defense hospital, according to the filing.

Shares rose 3% in morning trade.
