Kinetik Holdings (KNTK) said late Monday that Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel Todd Carpenter plans to retire on Feb. 28, 2025.

Carpenter will continue his daily responsibilities until then and ensure a smooth transition. He will provide ongoing support to the company, following his retirement, Kinetik said.

The company said it has initiated an internal and external search for Carpenter's successor.
