Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (SGX:BUOU) disclosed the renewal of its lease with the Commonwealth of Australia at the Caroline Chisholm Centre, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The new agreement allows Services Australia to occupy 100% of the center's lettable area for 12 years, commencing on July 5, 2025.
