WCT (KLSE:WCT) completed a private placement after the listing and quotation of the remaining 61.7 million shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on Oct. 16.

The property developer had proposed a private placement of up to 141.7 million shares, representing up to 10% of the total number of issued shares.

Shares gained over 1% recently.
