XD (HKG:2400) released 252,147 options to eligible grantees under its share option scheme, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

Each option is equivalent to one share, with the average price per share for five business days immediately preceding the grant date is HK$21.54.

Chairman and CEO Huang Yimeng received 120,000 options in accordance with the scheme, the game developer said.

Shares jumped 5% during Friday's afternoon trading.
