Accrelist's (SGX:QZG) subsidiary, WE Total Engineering, will require shareholder approval to sell its plastic business to Mclean Technologies (KLSE:MCLEAN), according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

WTE had entered into an agreement with Malaysia-listed MClean for the disposal of its plastic business for around 6.0 million ringgit, according to an earlier filing on Oct. 8.
