Suntec REIT's DPU Declines 12% in Q3

Suntec REIT's (SGX:T82U) distribution per unit or DPU declined nearly 12% year over year in the third quarter of the year to SG$0.0158 from SG$0.01793, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Thursday.

Net property income was down nearly 6% year over year to SG$79.8 million from SG$84.6 million.

Gross revenue declined 5% year over year to SG$117.7 million from SG$123.4 million, mainly due to lower contribution from Suntech Convention in Adelaide and the Minster Building in London.

The REIT booked a committed occupancy of 95.6% for its office portfolio and 97.7% for its retail portfolio.
