Aidigong Maternal & Child Health (HKG:0286) raised about HK$72.1 million in net proceeds after completing the placement of 44,350,000 placing shares to at least six placees, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

The placement price was HK$1.68 per share. The placement shares amounted to 23.08% of the company's enlarged issued share capital after the placement.

The proceeds will be used for the retirement of debt and general working capital needs, the filing said.
