Carote (HKG:2549) unit Hangzhou Carote Trading agreed to acquire office premises and 20 parking spaces in Hangzhou, China, from Hangzhou Vanke Asian Games Village Development, a unit of China Vanke (SHE:000002, HKG:2202), for 66.5 million yuan, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The unit will use the office premises as its headquarters in Hangzhou to save rental and relocation expenses as the lease of the premises it is currently using will expire soon.

Shares of the professional cookware and kitchenware company were up nearly 8% in recent trade.
