Lisheng Sports Shanghai (SHE:002858) signed a framework agreement with Shoucai Technology to cooperate in the lottery business and brand promotion.
Under the three-year partnership, the two parties will jointly promote the establishment and promotion of lottery stores in high-speed railway stations, commercial complexes and pedestrian streets across China, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The sports racing company's shares closed 4% lower on Wednesday.
