Verizon Communications (VZ) unit Verizon Business said late Wednesday it has partnered with Knightscope (KSCP) to provide secure and reliable connectivity for Knightscope's K5 autonomous security robots and K1 emergency communication devices.

Financial terms of the new partnership providing security services for the US Department of Veteran Affairs were not disclosed.
