Macquarie Group (ASX:MQG) will redeem all outstanding capital notes 3 on Dec. 16 at AU$100 per note, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The financial services group will also pay a distribution of AU$1.82 per note on the same date, the filing said.

The company's shares were up almost 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
