Chinese new energy power station developer Nyocor (SHA:600821) completed the registration of green bonds worth 1.50 billion yuan, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange disclosure on Thursday.
The National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors accepted the company's two-year bond registration application.
Haitong Securities (SHA:600837, HKG:6837), China Zheshang Bank (SHA:601916, HKG:2016), Industrial Bank (SHA:601166), and China Minsheng Banking (HKG:1988, SHA:600016) served as underwriters for the bond, the disclosure said.
