VSee Health (VSEE) shares were up more than 34% in Friday's premarket activity after it announced a partnership with AbundaBox to launch AbundaLife, a health record management platform that consolidates fragmented personal health records and data into a single profile.
No financial terms were disclosed.
Priced at $34 per year per patient, the platform has already attracted eight healthcare facilities in its initial rollout, the telehealth company said.
