1426 GMT - French banks are at risk of possible downgrades to their credit ratings as the political situation in the country deteriorates, CreditSights analyst Puja Karia says at a conference on the European credit outlook. "Going into this political crisis, French banks were among some of the highest rated banks in Europe," she says. Investors should bear in mind their increased vulnerability to downgrades, Karia says.
