Tianjin Port Development's (HKG:3382) subsidiary Logistics Development agreed to purchase 18 sets of ART intelligent transport flatbed trucks from Jinan Heavy Equipment for 45.5 million yuan, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Logistics Development's subsidiary, Xingdong Logistics, also agreed to purchase 24 sets of ART intelligent transport flatbed trucks from the same seller for 60.7 million yuan.

The group will utilize its internal resources to fund the purchases.
