Kingsmen Creatives (SGX:5MZ) increased the paid-up share capital in its 96% indirectly owned subsidiary, Kingsmen Shenzhen to 12.0 million yuan from 4.5 million yuan, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The company intends to use the additional investment to increase the subsidiary's general working capital.
