Glorious Sun Enterprises (HKG:0393) and its subsidiaries disposed about 8.5 million shares of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (HKG:1398, SHA:601398) on the open market for about HK$40.3 million at an average selling price of HK$4.7475 per share.

After the disposal, the group will still have around 128.0 million of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China's shares, a Sunday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The proceeds from the disposal are planned to be used for the group's general working capital.
