Seazen Group (HKG:1030) recorded contracted sales of around 2.51 billion yuan in November, with a contracted sales area of 330,700 square meters, a Monday bourse filing said.

For the 11 months ended Nov. 30, contracted sales and sales area reached roughly 37 billion yuan and 5 million square meters, respectively.

In November, the property firm had a total of 168 properties for lease, with a total gross floor area of around 15.5 million square meters. The rental income for the month came in at 988 million yuan, while commercial operating income was 1.06 billion yuan.
