Beijing Luzhu Biotechnology (HKG:2480) on Thursday secured an additional syndicated loan facility of up to 300.0 million yuan from the Agricultural Bank of China (SHA:601288, HKG:1288) for a term of five years, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Together with a revolving loan facility of up to 70.0 million yuan obtained from Shanghai Innovation Bank in September and a bank facility of 200 million yuan from Bank of Beijing (SHA:601169) in January, the total loan facilities of the group have reached 570 million yuan so far.
