PlayAGS (AGS) said Wednesday that the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act for its planned acquisition by affiliates of Brightstar Capital Partners has ended.
The company said the expiration of the waiting period fulfills a required condition for the $12.50-per-share cash deal.
The deal will likely close in H2 2025, pending regulatory and other necessary approvals, PlayAGS added.
