Autoliv (ALV) said Thursday its Autoliv (Shanghai) Management unit and Chinese automotive manufacturer Jiangling Motors agreed to enter into a strategic partnership for innovation and global expansion.
Financial terms of the partnership weren't disclosed.
Under the collaboration, the companies aim to focus on research and development to create advanced safety technologies and boost the competitiveness of automotive products.
