Shares of Singapore Institute of Advanced Medicine were down over 27% in recent trading.
Singapore Institute of Advanced Medicine (SGX:9G2) has decided to form a strategic review committee (SRC) to improve the utilization of its proton beam and photon radiation therapy facilities, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Wednesday.
The SRC will also review the company's operations and consider appropriate measures to address its funding requirements.
The company's proton beam therapy treatment business has not contributed significantly to its overall revenue with lower patient inflow, the filing added.
