Santos (ASX:STO) signed a binding 12-year supply and purchase agreement with Japan's Shizuoka Gas to provide between 0.35 and 0.4 million tonnes per annum of liquefied natural gas at plateau, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The contract will start in 2032 on delivered ex-ship terms, the filing said.
