NobleOak Life (ASX:NOL) completed the acquisition of RevTech's FiftyUp Club business and brand and trailing commissions on NobleOak products, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The acquisition offers access to 480,000 FiftyUp Club members without ongoing commissions payable, the filing said.

The insurance provider's shares rose nearly 2% in afternoon trade Monday.
