China Taiping Insurance Holdings (HKG:0966) said its chairman Wang Sidong resigned, effective Dec. 18, due to his age, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Yin Zhaojun, the vice chairman and general manager of the company, succeeded Wang as the chairman. Yin relinquished his posts after assuming the chairmanship post, effective immediately.
