Golden Matrix Group (GMGI) said Friday it has resumed its stock repurchase program.
The program, previously authorized by the board, allows the company to repurchase outstanding common shares through open-market or privately negotiated transactions, including accelerated repurchases and block trades, Golden Matrix said.
The developer of online games said approximately $5 million remains available under the current authorization.
