Integral Diagnostics (ASX:IDX) said its proposed merger with Capitol Health (ASX:CAJ) through a scheme of arrangement was implemented Friday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
Capitol shares were transferred to the company, and eligible shareholders were issued 0.128 Integral shares for each Capitol share held as of Dec. 13, the filing said.
Further, Capitol has applied to be removed from the Australian bourse's official list, which is expected to take effect on Dec. 23, according to the filing.
Integral Diagnostics' shares were up almost 1% in recent Friday trade.
