Property investment company GPT Group (ASX:GPT) declared an estimated distribution of AU$0.12 per ordinary stapled security for the six months to Dec. 31, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The dividend has a record date of Dec. 31 and is payable on Feb. 28, 2025, the filing said.
