Tritech Group (SGX:5G9) is evaluating Protocol Capital's request to extend the exercise period of its put option to March 9, 2025, after the investor sought more time to secure funds for a SG$14.4 million share subscription, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Protocol Capital also proposed renegotiating the terms due to market changes since the original agreement, the filing said.
