Unity Enterprise (HKG:2195) extended the long stop date of an agreement for unit Keybase Assets to acquire Suntec Construction & Engineering to Jan. 31, 2025, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The move comes as the parties need additional time to fulfill certain conditions under the contract.

The parties first entered into the purchase agreement in October, according to the maintenance services provider.
