Three D Partners, a trustee of Newborn Town (HKG:9911), bought back a total of 3,998,000 shares between Dec.16 and Dec. 20 for HK$15.9 million, a Dec. 20 bourse filing said.

The shares were repurchased from the market for around HK$3.97 apiece under the firm's restricted share unit award scheme.

The shares represent approximately 0.34% of the company's issued share capital.

Following the repurchase, Three D Partners holds 65,640,069 shares of the internet marketing company.
