Edvantage Group Holdings' (HKG:0382) subsidiary Huashang Vocational College agreed to engage Guangdong Zhongxin Construction for the construction and maintenance of certain teaching facilities in the college's campus in Xinhui District for 411.7 million yuan, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The teaching facilities are to be constructed in phase 2 of the college's campus in Xinhui District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province. The construction work also includes the construction of certain laboratory buildings, dormitories, and other buildings.
The construction work is expected to be completed by Jan. 30, 2026, and delivered by Aug. 20, 2026. The group will source part of the contract fees through its internal resources and the remaining through external bank borrowings.
