Macquarie Group (ASX:MQG) is expected to strike more infrastructure deals in the Asia Pacific region following the AU$24 billion sale of its AirTrunk data center asset, Financial Times reported Sunday, citing Ani Satchcroft, co-head of infrastructure division in Asia-Pacific.
The financial services group is expected to continue to invest particularly in South Korea despite headwinds such as geopolitical concerns and a weak Chinese economy, Satchcroft told the newspaper.
