Hing Yip Holdings' (HKG:0132) subsidiary Greengold Leasing agreed to purchase certain assets from Fujian Qingyuan Technology for a total of 120 million yuan.
Greengold Leasing also agreed to lease back the assets to Fujian Qingyuan Technology for a term of five years, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The total amount of lease payments is 147.1 million yuan including the principal amount and the finance lease interest.
The shares of the big data, civil explosives, property development and investment, financial leasing company closed nearly 3% lower on Tuesday.
