AIA Engineering (NSE:AIAENG, BOM:532683) has sold 11,500 equity shares of Green Shift to Kaveri Yarns & Fabrics for about 1.2 million Indian rupees, according to a Thursday filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The heavy equipment manufacturer acquired in August 12,000 equity shares, or a 24% stake, of the green power generator, which it will use for captive power supply.
