United Company Rusal's (HKG:0486) member, JSC UC RUSAL TH, agreed to sell aluminium products to KraMZ, an associate of EN+ Group International public joint-stock company, a substantial shareholder of the company, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The contract for the supply will last until the end of this year, and the estimated volume for the year's supply came in at 100,000 metric tons.

The total estimated consideration for the supply for the whole year is $250 million.
