Beijing Capital International Airport (HKG:0694) had on Jan. 4 signed a new agreement with Beijing Airport Tourism Business to use designated premises at Terminals Two and Three for three years, according to its filing on Jan. 5.

This follows the expiration of the Former Tourism Business Resources Usage Agreement on Dec. 31, 2024.

Beijing Airport Tourism Business was selected after a public tender to continue offering similar services. As a subsidiary of the controlling shareholder, this agreement is classified as a continuing connected transaction under the Listing Rules.
