BWP Trust (ASX:BWP) said that New York Stock Exchange-listed BlackRock and its subsidiaries became a substantial holder of the firm by acquiring a 5.04% stake, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
BlackRock and its subsidiaries hold almost 36 million shares in BWP, the filing showed.
