United Company Rusal's (HKG:0486) members have entered into new agreements to procure heat energy from associates of En+ Group, a Jan. 10 bourse filing said.
Two contracts are valid until Dec. 31, 2026, while the third agreement expires Dec. 31, 2027.
The total consideration payable for 2025, 2026, and 2027 is $321,770, $307,707, and $13,414, respectively.
The aluminum producer is obtaining the heat energy for its production process and facilities.
