Huaneng Power International (HKG:0902, SHA:600011) recently completed the issue of 2 billion yuan of 10-year bonds with an interest rate of 2%, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
The electric power company will use proceeds from the issue to supplement working capital, adjust debt structure, and repay bank loans and debt.
