Pacific Smiles Group (ASX:PSQ) said Beam Dental Bidco extended the offer period for its off-market takeover bid to Jan. 30 from Thursday, Jan. 16, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.
The bid aims to acquire all ordinary shares of Pacific Smiles, the filing said.
Beam Dental was on track to acquire the company following an unconditional off-market takeover bid, holding 32.93% of voting power as of Nov. 22, 2024, and having secured support from shareholders holding around 12% of voting power, according to an earlier filing.
