1429 GMT - Germany's DAX rises to new record highs, climbing past the 21,000-point mark for the first time. The German blue-chip index is up 0.5% to just over 21,000 points, having risen as high as 21,045, after closing at record levels for the past three trading sessions. "The economic outlook for Germany remains gloomy," CMC Markets' Jochen Stanzl says. "However, there is hope that a weak euro and stabilising Chinese growth will soon provide new momentum." Elsewhere in Europe, the U.K.'s FTSE 100 gains 0.2%, rising from a record close on Friday, while France's CAC 40 and the Netherlands' AEX are up 0.5% and 0.4%, respectively.
